RUSTOKOTE  Rust Converter 
 
RUSTOKOTE - Rust Converter is a ready to use high-performance surface preparation aid with integrated primer/base coat. It penetrates and reacts even with deeply rooted rust and converts into a stable, non-reactive organo-metallic coating.

RUSTOKOTE eliminates the traditional and cumbersome process of rust removal such as Sand blasting, acid pickling etc which are not only environmentally affecting but also weakens the structures due to metal loss.

RUSTOKOTE penetrates deep into crevices, corner and seams of structures and vessels thus eliminating any chance of formation of nucleus for under paint rusting.

RUSTOKOTE does not interfere with welding process and is compatible with almost all painting schemes.

APPLICATION AREAS:

  • Integrated Anticorrosive treatment and base coating for all rusted and oil-free M.S.Raw stock in storage, steel structures in chemical plants, sugar & fertilizer industries etc, Steel bridges, transmission towers, railway wagons pipelines etc
  • As first coating in barges, boats and ships prior to painting
  • Protection of steel structures in sea ports, dockyards etc.

SIMPLIKOTE  Anticorrosive Primer
SIMPLIKOTE Anticorrosive Primer has excellent anticorrosive properties and offers good adhesion to metal surfaces. Can be applied on bare steel surface or tightly adhering rust / painted surface.

SIMPLIKOTE is a single pack system and can be easily applied by brush. Drying time: 30 min to 1 Hr.

APPLICATION AREAS:

Priming M.S.Plates, roof stiffeners, fertilizer plants, paper industries, sugar industries, distillery plants, thermal power stations, exterior coatings to water tanks & pipelines, sewage drains, effluent treatment plants, rubber lining industries, flyovers, MS structures, domestic grills, gates, windows etc, MS dome of bio-gas plants.
